The basis of power punch training

1.Introduction

Believe it or not, we’re being prepared to be able to stand or to fight during this prophetic time.No boxer gets into the ring before preparing mentally and physically. Whether your assignments are praying for your country, your family, the war in countries, or anything else; we need to be spiritually strong and equipped.

I started with the ongoing series about mental training writing about the issue of the state of our mind, the impact on our words, and the quality of our lives.

With the mental training series, I am mostly training in the book of Colossians with power punch declarations, choices, visual – and bullet journal Bible studies.

I am now moving into training about close contact during battle and power punches.

2. The full armor of God

This series and training are based on the full armor of God as I started with the helmet of salvation.

When I put on the helmet of salvation

• Our salvation through Jesus Christ
• We are seated with Christ above all authority
• We are the head and not the tail therefore we deny and reject any tail portion and we claim our rightful portion in Christ.
• We seal the gates of our eyes, ears, and mouth.

A power punch requires our whole body including our thinking. Punching power is being released from the core of the body and is driven upward. 

This is where we link the belt of truth with the helmet of salvation.

Declarations for putting on the helmet of salvation

When I got saved( a follower of Christ), nobody told me about any armor that I should put and I was still a student .After I graduated , met my husband and stepped onto marriage at 26 ; I got a grip on the armor of God somehow and eversince then I developed a passion about it and a habit to put it on before praying .

Holy Spirit took me from a level where I quoted each piece directly from scripture to a level where I declare it over me and added praying in the spirit .

“and hath raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus,”

Ephesians 2:6

“The Lord will make you the head (leader) and not the tail (follower); and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen and pay attention to the commandments of the Lord your God, which I am commanding you today, to observe them carefully.”

Deuteronomy 28:13

Stand in agreement

“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.“

(Matthew 18:19)

Praying according to His will

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.

1 John 5:14

Trust Him

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Isaiah 41:10

Wandering or worrying?

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”

Philippians 4:16

Make an inquiry

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
