Resisting Fainting during kingdom assignments
Introduction

It was the last day of the school term and I felt like I barely made it! Why? Because of the learners and school duties?
No! Because of the battle!
This is one territory I have to pray for daily because the Lord has placed me at this school with an assignment. I did not know about kingdom assignments, but ever since my second season of journaling, it was revealed to me during the early morning watch. You can read more about it here.
It felt if I was , still does, a student in the school of the Holy Spirit!Maybe more like an intern!
Kingdom awareness and conduct
Whatever God called you for and in whatever territories you have to glean, at some point everyone struggles with weariness and fainting.A kingdom ambassador knows very well of the benefits he or she profits ,but must adhere to the code of conduct.
Ephesians 4 Conduct
- putting away falsehood
- let all of us speak the truth to our neighbors,
- Be angry but do not sin;
- do not let the sun go down on your anger,
- and do not make room for the devil.
- Thieves must give up stealing; rather let them labor and work honestly with their own hands,
- share with the needy.
- Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear.
- And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,
- Put away from you all bitterness and wrath and anger and wrangling and slander, together with all malice,
- be kind to one another,
- tenderhearted,
- forgiving one another,
- Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children, and live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Assignments received from Holy Spirit and operating in divine time schedules is crucial and is called cooperation with God.
As we continue in our obedience following Him, the Holy Spirit will reveal to us and lead us into divine knowlegde and direction; knowlegde that we did not receive through the mentoring of man, but by the Spirit of God.

During these times I awoke around 3 am during the early morning watch, made a cup of coffee, put on the armor of God, and sat down with my prayer journal and the Word of God.
As I stepped into my school day, the Holy Spirit prompted me to be mindful, discerning, and ready! As I walked through the halls I’m prompted to pray silently, to sing a song, or to declare.Sometimes I step into sub – assignments throughout my school day without realizing it.
I used to write prayers on Wednesdays for our school, but when I started my second season of prayer journaling, I moved my prayers for the school to a section in my warfare binder. Yes, I have a separate binder where I pray for my territories.
What do I keep in my warbinder?
- Prophetic vision
- prayers and declarations for my neighbourhood.
- Research about topics and prayer
- A dream log
But soon ,this binder became crowded and I had to choose whether I should move one section to a separate binder and I decided on my prayers for the school.
I was prompted to write about the negative F- words and to deal with the spirit of failure and fainting through prayer. Soon after, I experienced feelings of fainting just as we were finishing off the school term and I resisted by declaring that I will finish what I have started.

It is also the territory where I mostly experience physical – and spiritual dehydration because I’m moving within the circles of different people with different views on God and life.Sometimes I become infused with worldly views , unbelief, double mindedness and other worldly downloads , without even realizing it.
People who think that teachers have it easy, relax on chairs the whole day and earn easy money have it all wrong.
At the end of my day , I usually feel physically depleted and drained. But then I was corrected that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and that it is my responsibility to look after it and I started to carry around my waterbottle…everywhere!
Amazing results started to follow:
- My metabolism kicked in
- Loads of energy( sometimes outdone learners)😃They were not too happy , because this meant more work and pressure from my side!
- My health journey were boosted

Spiritual Hydration
- Hearing the Word regularly
- Reading and studying the Word
- Meditating on the Word
- Obedience to the Word of God
Refresh with repentance
The Samaritan woman came to the well at a time she did not expect to meet anyone there and then she came across Jesus ,spiritually dehydrated .After seeking answers to her to all her insecurities, Jesus patiently listened and replied , filling her with the truth that had set her free.

Bear fruits in keeping with repentance.

“the faith and love that spring from the hope stored up for you in heaven and about which you have already …”

And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.
Refuel with worship
