We have a constant thought life and most of us are not so mindful of our thoughts. Thoughts are one of the most important areas of our lives where we battle with issues, trying to find a solution or our way out, unfortunately mostly we withdraw without any success!

This is where people fall into the trap of strange and unwanted, ungodly counsel. Protecting our ear- and eye gates is critical when we want to maintain good mental health.

Eat yourself healthy….Think yourself healthy!

Trust in the word of God and apply!

  1. Great post! When my girls were young, they learned Philippians 4:8 as a tool to help them evaluate and select books from the library. Now that they are older they apply it to the videos and music they select.

    1. Yes! We should be mindful of our thoughts and ask Holy Spirit to help us in this area..we can do this cause we’re more than conquerors!
