It’s that time of the year again! It wasn’t always easy during these challenging times. We have faced challenges and even times of grieving for the loss of a loved one.

In all of this, we find a way to balance, then lose focus and fall- just to get up and practice till we’re on the go again with steadfastness.

Why 10 declarations?

I chose 8 declarations for August because it is the eight-month according to the Gregorian calendar.

The Gregorian calendar is today’s internationally accepted calendar and is also known as the Western or Christian calendar with 365 days and 12 irregular months, meaning it has different lengths.And according to this calendar December is the 12th month.

When I started to pray in the biblical watches as Jesus Himself did, I was also prompted by the Holy Spirit to align my prayers to the prophetic months( Hebrew calendar) .

“But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day.”
2 Peter 3:8

According to the Hebrew calendar, December is the tenth month, Tebeth. It was acquired in Babylonia, and shares a root with the Hebrew word tov, meaning “good.”(Chabad.org)

She was taken to King Xerxes in the royal residence in the tenth month, the month of Tebeth, in the seventh year.

Declaring favor over your month

The Lord God will guide me and satisfy my needs. My frame will be strengthened this month and I will be like a well-watered garden. ( Isaiah 58:11)

I will seek God with diligence for those who seek diligently find favor.(Proverbs 11:27)

The Lord blesses me and surrounds me with His favor as a shield.(Psalm 5:12)

The Lord will not withhold good things from me. ( Psalm 84:11)

I am the head and not the tail and I am standing in the frontlines of opportunities designed to favor me abundantly. ( Deuteronomy 28:13)

I will find favor in the sight of God and man.(Proverbs 3:4)

Just like Esther and Joseph found favor with the king, I will find favor with God and those in key positions to advance my kingdom assignment. (Genesis 39:4 / Esther 5:8)

Because of the favor of the Lord, more and more people will be saved in the circles I move. (Act 2:47)

The Lord will grant me favor with my enemies and I will not leave empty-handed.(Exodus 3:21)

The Lord will not withhold any good thing from me and my loved ones. (Psalm 84:11)
