Celebration a Kingdom Assignment

July Prayer Journal Review

In June I officially celebrated my first year of blogging as ChallEngEr.

It’s been slightly more than a year now since I gave my first step into the blogging community. I remember how hesitantly I, only Challenger in the house, wrote my very first blogging diary, and then I tested the water even more writing randomly, out of the flesh mostly. But I kept on, knowing that I’m onto something.

And God through His Spirit uplifted me and started to loosen the mold that religion and worldly systems had put my mind in. The very first issue the Holy Spirit addressed was my mind and it was also my first sub-assignment to tackle.

The 4 areas where the mind must be renewed.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Romans 12:2

In July this year, I was prompted to do a self-evaluation and to declutter. I started to arrange a prayer and journaling system to give justice to both and to spend more time with God without searching for resources.

There is power in honest self-evaluation

A

Kingdom Assignment

was born.

Through the bareness
I cried out to You
Like Hannah...
I only could get
... one portion,
though you love me, dear,
I could not conceive...
But then ,
You heard my cry!

Hannah was the first woman of the Bible I wrote about in Raising the Horn of Hannah, and this month I realized that I had a Hannah experience! I practiced my warcry every morning, blew my horn at daybreak! I started to build an early morning altar, God’s way!

Command your morning!

When Hannah was pregnant with Samuel,

Heaven was pregnant with a prophet!

In this month I celebrate the birth of :

The Prayer Journal Workshop!

Finally, the gift of kingdom blogging is being released onto the prepared altars of God’s servants asking for His will and awaiting His favor and plans. Blogging for a servant of God is a kingdom assignment and ought to be taken seriously.
