I think most of us are unknowingly in the trading business? But with whom are we settling deals? Perhaps doubt, fear, fear, unbelief, and all of the “uns” that love to group against us, plotting our destruction?

Those who come to God must believe that He exists and must reach out to Him in faith. Now, how much faith do you need? As small as a mustard seed! No need for vain repetitions like the Pharisees thought that they will be heard for their much speaking. (Matthew 6:7)

The truth is, Jesus Christ, settled the case for us on Calvary. Now, all we have to do is simply speak His Word in faith! And this is where many people stand back and say: “You mean I gotta speak to someone I cannot see?”
Keep it simple and reach out to God with an honest heart.
1.Start with courage
Put your feet
In
The
Water.
Courage is the opposite of avoidance.

Bold – or cautious courage steps…just take a step! Dawid, a shepherd boy, stepped out boldly and became a king. Esther, an orphaned girl, stepped out in faith and became queen!

2. Analyze your mood challenges
- Start tracking your moods
- Discern it carefully daily!
- Deal with negative emotions.
- Do not avoid confrontation
- Trade them with the promises of God and command your moods!
3.Start your day by declaring the word of God.
Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
1Peter 5:7
Prayer:Lord, I cast all my anxieties on You because you truly care. I trade these anxieties for your care, even though I may still feel burdened I know that I reach out in faith. I pick up my caring case in my heart and set off into my day.
Declaration: “I cast all my burdens upon the Lord because He cares for me. I refuse to be anxious because I know that God cares for me”
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Matthew 11:28
Prayer:” I come to you, Lord with all my heavy burdens and lay it down at the cross because you have already carried them for me. Instead, I trade them for your rest .”
Declaration: At the invitation of God I’ve laid down my heavy burdens and entered into His rest.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
Prayer: Father, I am so anxious about many things. I carry it around in my heart causing my days to be heavy and clouding the eyes of my heart. I take off all these burdens and ask that You remove them from me as far as the East is from the West. Let Your peace stand guard at my heart and mind. In Jesus’ name.
Finally, record your healing- Start a journal. Trading fear or anxiety with the promise of God is a daily step-by-step process to emotional strength. Every small step and milestone matters and should be journaled to record our deliverance and also the faithfulness of God.

Highly inspiring post about prayer.
