So many times did we experience adversity, especially when we are where God’s purpose for us needs to come into fulfillment.

We can sense the pressure of negative influences trying to pull us down so we submit to failure and being mediocre.

Definition of resistance

1. The act of resisting opposition. Resistance is passive, like that of a fixed body which interrupts the passage of a moving body; or active, as in the exertion of force to stop, repel or defeat progress or designs.

2. The quality of not yielding to force or external impression; that power of a body which acts in opposition to the impulse or pressure of another, 

Negativity vs Positivity

Do not copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. 

To stop the cycle of negative resistance, working very hard to bring us down, we should counter it with strong and positive resistance. Beginning with the battlefield of the mind, we have to moderate our thought life to identify negativity.

Tips to Free your thoughts from negativity.

1.Take every thought captive 
 and bring it unto obedience 
 of Christ.

Uncontrolled thoughts are like wildfire and can go ahead of you and destroy all the good plans and harvest intended for your prosperous life in Christ.

2.Make word declarations 
 over your mind and 
thought life.

The word of God is powerful and can penetrate through every blanket of negativity. It has tremendous power to remove any veil of wrongful thoughts.

3.Be vigilant about your
thoughts.Guard over your 
thoughts.

Establish a 5-second rule to guard over your thoughts and take every contradiction to the Word of God captive in Jesus’ name.

4.Immediately correct 
yourself by speaking 
positive words.Resist ! 

Negative words have the power to limit our steps to advance in life.

Negative words can cause bondage.

So beat it! Overcome!
