The echo in my classroom

Today I was sitting in an empty classroom still hearing the echoes of my learners writing , voices …and laughter as we used to share a joke or laughed at a silly reading text.

I decided there and then to issue a writing about their missing smiles that brightened up our faces as they great us early morning …as they pass by in the hall.

Even when they make us really mad for not doing homework or not following instructions sometimes , we still are honoured to be entrusted with them.

We as teachers are also in our own classroom at school sometimes.We are taught so many lessons through the lives and responses of our learners.It is most rewarding.

Teachers out there…

hold on to that echo,

soon our classes will be filled

With smiles.
